Individual orders must be paid when the order is placed, payment may be made by Money Order or Cheque. Please be aware that personal cheques must clear the bank before an order is shipped. For group orders, a 50% deposit is required upon placng an order, and we will contact you for the remainder before we ship.
Since the majority of our products are custom made for each order please allow 6 - 8 weeks to manufacture and deliver upon receipt of your deposit.
All orders shipped by the most economical means available. (generally by Canada Post) This can be billed to your order or shipped COD.
Please inspect you package on receipt. Packages that are obviously damaged should be refused and left with the Carrier as it is their responsibility for any damage that occurred during shipping. If the package condition is questionable, ensure the carrier makes note of this before you sign the delivery record.
Returns will not be accepted without an authorization number, this may be obtained by contacting our office.
